Do what makes your soul shine!
You know how it is...passions get put on hold whilst careers take off and families arrive. That was certainly me!
For many years my artistry was very much on hold whilst I was kept busy with a career and hectic family life. But I always knew that one day I'd create the opportunity to make more time for my art. Family life will always be hectic and I wouldn't swap that for the world. So, as a qualified coach who loves nothing more than to help people flourish in their lives and work, I knew that it was time to create the next chapter of my own career journey. Taking my own coaching medicine!
I love to create inspiring patterns, many of which begin with simple doodles and sketches. And by the way, the world of surface pattern design is somewhat addictive...patterns are everywhere!
Exploring different mediums and approaches is so much fun, whether it's painting with watercolour or creating pointillism with pens, to be honest I've hardly scratched the creative surface!
For me this is a continuous learning journey and I look forward to sharing more of my story with you as it unfolds. Here's to life's great adventures!
